First time I was really horrified by FG: Brian's mushroom trip.

The ipecac scene is pretty bad too though…not that it's that horrifying or offensive but, like the B-plot in "Patriot Games" highlighted how violent and cruel the show was becoming, the throw-up scene was evidence it was becoming lazy and juvenile, and much more gross-out oriented.
